This book is a modest attempt to explore the works of some recent Indian English poets like Syed Ameeruddin, Krishna Srinivas, T.V. Reddy, Dwarhanath H Kabadi, I.H. Rizvi, R.K.Singh, C.L.Katri, Manas Bakshi, S.Radhamani, A.P.J.Abdul Kalam. Srinivasa Rangaswami, Pronab Kumar Majumdar, D.C.Chambial, Biplab Majumdar and Vijay Vishal. It is hoped that this effort, aimed at promoting meaningful poetry in general and recent Indian English poetry in particular will not go in vain and inspire members of the academia in the country to take note of good poetry even if by little known voices.
