Synopsis The book, brought out under the auspices of the International Ranganathan Centenary Volume Committee, is in two volumes. 93 papers contributed by 91 authors from all over the world have been broadly divided into two broad areas, viz., those relating to Dr. Ranganathan and his works, in Volume I, and papers relating to various areas of library and information science, in Volume II.
