Synopsis It is a matter of great concern that gradually the secondary school students are losing interest in the study of geography. Besides other factors, the methodology adopted by the teachers to teach geography also suffer from some weaknesses. It is with this view in mind that this handbook for geography teachers has been prepared so that the work of the teacher is simplified and teaching of geography is made attractive and interesting. It also provides guidelines for teachers to use teaching material and conduct practical work.
