The present book 'A handbook of the flowering plants of Nepal Volume 2' is a list of the flowering plants of Nepal.  The present volume is the second in the series. As in the first volume of this series, in this volume also, an updated checklist of the flowering plants of Nepal is presented based on the herbarium specimens collected from Nepal and given in available literature and online resources relevant to new taxa, national or regional new records, and new taxonomic papers (Rajbhandari and Rai, 2017). In the book 67 families of the flowering plants reported from Nepal are presented.
