This Myanmar Census Atlas is the first census in last 30 years. It consists of eight chapters: Myanmar land and diversity, General population characteristics, Fertility and mortality, Education, Labour force and employment, Migration, Disability and Household & housing describing with references, list of tables, figures, maps and acronyms. Not only maps of states and regions, districts and townships but also list of townships and sub-townships’ name are also accompanied in envelope. The main objective of this census is to provide the Government and stakeholders with essential information on the population, in regard to demographic, social and economic characteristics, housing conditions and household amenities.
