Moha ka shay is Moksha. Cessation can happen from bottom up approach like many saints who gain Samadhi with self-debate to renounce the material world and understand the union of Shiva and Shakti to realize the initial universe. At point the soul sees itself as of the united Shiva and Shakti who are continuously meditating on Krishna (darkness) to remain one with the initial universe. Moksha is getting released from the material world. According to Bhagwatgita Lord Krishna says if one has to attain Moksha he should come out of all the attachments, he should know the absolute truth about the universe and the creator. Actually we should have very high concentration level (Samadhi) to see and read our subconscious mind and to know what is happening around us then one can attain Moksha.
