Systematics is prime to biology because it's foundation for all studies on all organisms and in understanding with their conservation issues. The present compilation is an effort to describe 68 species of Ferns and Fern-allies belonging to twenty-eight genera and 18 families along with their taxonomic details and colored photographs for easy identification. This book will provide baseline data for further studies on Fern and Fern allies of Himalayan region.
