The “Clinical Biochemistry of Animals: A Laboratory Manual” contains all necessary laboratory tests which emphasize on animal disease diagnosis based on biochemical parameters. In Veterinary Science, there is a great need of diagnosis of animal diseases by assessment of biochemical constituents. So, we are trying to cover most of the tests in a single laboratory manual which are helpful to understand Veterinary UG and PG students, as well as teachers and laboratory technicians who are working in the laboratory. The manual also contains interpretations of all diseases written in simple manner to understand the pathophysiology of diseases. Normal values of different biochemical constituents in different species are also provided in this manual, which are required during diagnosis of ailments. The manual is written in a lucid style with greater understanding of subject. This manual also cover the practical course of B.V.Sc. & A.H. and M.V.Sc. students of Biochemistry as per VCI and ICAR guidelines which provide knowledge and better understanding of Clinical Biochemistry.
