Synopsis It has already been said that man had become civilized thousands of years ago. A good populatioin of mankind was engaged in agriculture, trade, business, culture social activities, political decisions. Economic planning etc. But there was no written language. Then also the man had a language called verbal language which could be spoken or listened but could not be applied for written purposes, as they did not know how to write. So, the written language when came into use it was the outcome of verbal language. The language symbols or the name of different things or their identity was walready in the mind of man as well as in the society as a whole.
