Synopsis The present publication is the culmination of an intensive research contributing new ideas in the arena of culture-personality relationship of two ethnic groups like the Santals and the Koras. The present work is a humble effort to highlight how the culture of a particular community helps in shaping the personality pattern which in turn may help the planner to introduce new policy in a very meaningful way.
