Synopsis This collection of essays contributed by international law experts from different parts of the world is brought out in this book as a result of the First International Conference on International Law organized by the Indian Society of International Law, in October from 4-7 October 2001, New Delhi. The book “Dynamics of International Law in the New Millennium” would show that the articles reflect the complexities of transition of international law at the turn of the millennium. The authors have addressed their chosen issues areas, but together the collection provides a cogent view of the emerging trends of international law in the context of changing climate of international relations and globalisation.
