Synopsis The handbook is the outcome of the needs felt by practitioners of Human resource development engaged on HRD activities in several organizations. In the changing economic, social and business environments, role of HR management is undergoing rapid change. The human resources in any organization, being the most important and valuable assets, has to remain in the core of all management activities. HR management is expected to be a partner in evolving and achieving organizational goals and objectives; on the other hand, it has to be the employee champion.
