Synopsis This is the third volume in a series of five Handbooks of Literary terms, viz., In Poetry, Drama, Fiction, Literary Theory and Critical Terms, and Linguistics and Phonetics. These volumes are meant to provide the students of literature with concise and clear explanations to the critical terms with lucid examples. Effort has been made to simplify the explanations to suit the Indian students and research scholars.
