Synopsis Parapsychology is a new branch of Psychology which tries to understand and analyse human behaviour through a mechanism which is above the sense perceptions. It is sometimes called telepathy also, in which the human behaviour is controlled through extra sensory perceptions. It is difficult to say that parapsychology has become an objective science like psychology, but some experiments have been conducted by various researchers in America, Britain and Russia in this field. Parapsychology has been included in the syllabus of post graduate classes in various universities of India. it is hoped the book will serve the useful purpose in the academic circles.
