Synopsis “This book is an outcome of a study on bankruptcy of small businesses in India… The process of conducting the study brought forth revealing facts on the functionality of small businesses, their problems and possible solutions. Small businesses are treated as those productive activities whose stakeholders cannot access the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR), post-failure.
