Synopsis "Musings on governance, Governing, and Corruption" is an anthology reflecting the author's experiences during his long and outstanding career, where he held various key positions such as the Chief Vigilance Commissioner; Chairman, Telecommunications, Government of India; and Secretary, Government of India.
