Synopsis For a mature development of Tibetan polity which is the main objective before the Tibetan Parliamentary and Policy Research Centre two workshops were convened in October 1994 and February 1996 in order to examine the rather complex issue of the Collective Right of Self-determination of the Tibetan People. In the detailed Report we have integrated the discussions of the two workshops under seven heads.
