The book entitled, “Measurement of Job satisfaction of Dairy Functionaries” is an outcome of the research carried out by Dr. Ram Chand, Principal Scientist & Head, Division of Dairy Extension, National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal. The text encompasses various Chapters of socio-personal profile of 70 dairy functionaries of 17 districts of Punjab. The date on various parameters of dairy functionaries and measurement of job satisfaction had been discussed in length. The relationship of independent variables with job satisfaction has been described thread ware. The job factors affecting the job satisfaction as perceived by dairy officers have been ranked by applying paired comparison technique. The feelings about the degree of job satisfaction were also carried out. This will be a reference book for Punjab State, besides a source of reference for academicians, scholars and all Libraries of the ICAR and State Agricultural Universities.
