Synopsis The rivers, the oceans, the mountains, the forests and urban establishments are all affected by the malaise of pollution which can create problems for the survival of the humanity t large. In this view of things the United Nations has taken steps to guide the information studies in the proper maintenance of environmental nature in the respective states. United Nations has not only conducted studies but it has also provided funds to those countries which are unable to manage funds or the proper maintenance of the environment. United Nations has formulated broader policies for the environmental maintenance. All the States of the world who are members of the United Nations follow these environmental policy studies. In India also the Govt. of India has created the Ministry of Environment which conducts studies and monitors th maintenance of th environment. This book considers environmental policy studies in proper perspectives.
