Synopsis Nature based tourism is reported to be one of the fastest growing tourism market. It accounts for a small fraction of overall global tourist industry. A lack of relevant knowledge and experience, inability to complete with well establish commercial operations and lack of access to capital for investment are some of the factors inhabiting its development. This book aims at providing material on concepts, structure, motivation and sources monitoring the nature based industry. Attempt has been made to provide useful reports and other relevant material to students and teachers. We record our acknowledgements to the national and international authorities on the subjects.
