Synopsis The young learners have to become responsible members of the society after the completion of their education. They need students guidance and counseling for selecting the career for their life through which they can make their livelihood and also get job satisfaction. It is very necessary that the progress of the student in the classroom as well as in the Peer groups is constantly followed, and Counselling is offered to all the students. In schools the educational administrators have pointed out educational and vocational guidance and counseling for selection of a proper vocation in later lives as well as help them in getting better adjustments in the society.
