Synopsis This book is an effort to reviewing trend of managerial problems in Indian organizations through a qualitative survey. The manuscript is based on narrative study of 275 male managers and 140 female managers interviewed in 17 organizations in order to review managerial issues: 1. Problems faced by male and female managers; 2. Ways in which problems affect male and female managers; 3. Coping strategies used by male and female managers to overcome their problems; and 4. Developing managerial perspective in Indian organizations. The book includes researchers between 1990-2005. This publication shall be useful to managers at all levels especially in Indian organizations, as it reveals an inner dialogue with managers. It present organization-wise analysis of managers narratives.
