Synopsis With the devastating onslaughts of time, coupled with vandalism, atmospheric pollution and climatic/geological/biological/other causes, mankind's cultural property has all through been perishing. Which, in recent years, has evoked widespread concern for its conservation. Also Sharing this concern the Birla Archaeological & Cultural Research Institute (BACRI) Organized recently an International Colloquium on " Conservation Preservation & Restoration : Tradition Trends and Techniques at Hyderabad, Indian to review the current scenario, and how the decaying archaeological/cultural treasures can be put back to their pristine purity. This Volume carries the 42 papers given to the colloquium.
