Synopsis The book is a collection of articles on grassroots development in India. It calls for decentralisation of powers and functions an empowerment of the people. The discussions have been organised into two sections. The first section has a macrofocus as it contains articles on India and the second has a micro focus as it incorporates articles on West Bengal.
