Synopsis Islamic jurisprudence is the system of law described as per the Holy Quran and the Traditions of Prophet Muhammad (Pbuh). Whole of the system is governed strictly in accordance with the laws inferred, deducted or formulated by the scholars of Islam individually (diligence) or cumulatively (consensus). Whole of the Islamic jurisprudence lays maximum emphasis on two points: observance of obligatory tasks and human rights. In this observing of the deeds, justice holds supreme position.
