The Advaitasiddhi of Madhusudana Saraswati has unique place in Advaita-vedanta.  It has given logical foundation to the philosophy of Monism.  It is considered, in the tradition, to be the most prestigious text on Sarikara Vedanta.  Written in Navya-Nyaya language it has commanded the respect of intellectuals for centuries.  Mahamahopadhyaya Sir Ganganatha Jha had done great service to English readers by translating this difficult text into English.  This translation made the entrance of scholars to the text easier.
