Synopsis This book is the outcome of several years of teaching surgery in the homeopathic undergraduate course. The students of surgery have to gather information from different textbooks of surgery and homoeopathic therapeutics. That means the students have to refer to several literature to collect the relevant information. Thus, the main aim of this book is to bring all the relevant and pertinent information in a single volume. The long-felt need expressed by the students was of course the starting point. As the book started taking its shape, I felt it might be useful to practitioners also. Therefore, conscious efforts were made to see that the book, while it fulfilled the demands of the students, also served as a handy reference guide to the practitioners. The topics in this book provide material in a scientific and systematic way as is expected in a book of this kind. Considering the requirements of homoeopathy in surgical conditions, the topics have been selected and described in proportional details. The material for these surgical conditions has been based on the textbooks of different authors. In therapeutics part, I have tried to share everything with my reader that has come to me both from books and actual experience in practice.
