The need for a new edition arose because the Central Council of Homoeopathy (CCH) has revised the syllabus for BHMS course. Now, there are 25 remedies in 1st year, 50 remedies in Ilnd year, 69 remedies in IlIrd year and 81 remedies in IVth year. This new edition of the book contains 11 new remedies which have been added to cover the new syllabus. These are Bromium, Abroma augusta, Bacillinum, Calotropis indica, Carica papaya, Ficus religiosa, Cassia saphora, Jonosia ashoka, Justicia adhatoda, Ocimum canum, Rauwoha serpentina. We hope this book will help the BHMS student to face the Examination of all years smoothly and victoriously. Also, this book contains several remedies which are not in BHMS syllabus but are very useful clinically. These remedies have been added so that the book remains a useful tool even when the BHMS undergraduate has finished his study and entered full-time practice of homoeopathy.
