Synopsis From the day first, down to the present day, the entire humanity is at struggle. Different and diverse are the factors, responsible for this struggle individually or en masse. Enough money for sufficient food, shelter against the vagaries of whether and clothing for corporeal cover used to be the basic necessities of life. Now, electricity is an addition to the three aforementioned. It these conflicts, raising their heads every now and then, are assessed, these four factors or any one of them will be the cause of conflict. All this apart, religious fanaticism, ethnic and tribal identity, reservation for OBCs in employment and educational sector are some other gnashing challenges for the society. This work, social conflicts is a sincere attempt at highlighting the possible causes and providing a speedy remedy to them.
