Synopsis Most of us think Home Remedies are mostly based on formulations of Grandma's Remedies. By keeping this in view a detailed study on the subject was taken up by the author on the basis of the fundamentals of Ayurveda was done. Further each of the Herbals were studied from the original ancient Ayurvedic texts. Most of the herbal preparations are based on Ayurvedic principles except a few. This is an excellent text book for medical practitioners and an informative book on 'Home information. Here an attempt is being made to present Home Remedies in Systematic order. This is not a complete book on home remedies. Still there are many useful folk remedies which are to be added gradually in future editions.
