We have been practising infertility and ultrasound since more than two decades now and have scanned thousands of cases so far. We also have got an opportunity to discuss and review several cases with several people. We have sincerely felt that ultrasound in gynecology and infertility is still not a fully explored and understood field. This is probably because the busy gynaecologists do not have sufficient time to explore ultrasound from different books and busy radiologists probably do not have sufficient time to read and understand the complex menstrual physiology. Therefore, it would be worthwhile to put all our experience together for the benefit of gynecologists and radiologist. The book also includes images of all different pathologies and presentations.
