Synopsis Yusuf al-Qardavi is an international Islamic personality. He has authored a number of valuable books on different points of Islamic teachings. The Fiqh al-Zakah is a very famous work of this authority. It deals with the problem of poor-rate (Zakah) in Islamic way. Poverty is a part of this side on one hand, but it is wider and different from it on the other hand. It is not only a domestic but an international problem. Due to such importance, the religions and the schools of thoughts of every period paid attention to it. These pages are not new for me to talk about the economic system of Islam. There is a vast field and a long talk for that. It contains, in detail, the laws of Islam and its especial advices to the human activity in regard to the wealth, its production, exchange, distribution, waste and the rules and limits fixed for it, rules by which a man establishes justice and created balance between the freedom of a man and favor of the society, between the mankind and their world.
