Synopsis The authors research of many years on changing primary teachers classroom behavior and demonstrating the impact of their changed behaviour on the positive mental health of their pupils is contained in this book. The experiment used the behaviour modification theory by training teachers to give feedback to each other by observing students classroom behaviour every third second. This test was conducted on Bengali speaking children of Kolkata and Tamil speaking children of Coimbatore.
