Synopsis More than 25 crore young people between the age group of 18 and 35, consisting of poorly educated youth, women, school and college drop-outs are unemployed in India, out of whom almost 60% live in villages. They are the subject matter of this book. Importance of unleashing rural entrepreneurship in nation building is the triggering point for preparation of this road map. In a labour abundant, capital scarce economy like India, there is a limitation to the government in providing employment to all.
