Synopsis This book presents the women's contribution to agroeconomic activities: invisible or visible. It presents some empirical evidence of recent changes in gender roles in agroeconomic activities and impact of women's participation on their empowerment and the economic conditions of the household. Several papers of the different learned contributors present the analysis of the participation of women in agriculture, fishery, forestry and other household activities and several sectors.
