Synopsis The study of Hindu ideas and ideals in its literature will enable the readers, eastern or western to understand and appreciate currents of world thought, as also the movements of the minds in India, which though they flow through different linguistic channels have a common urge and aspiration. Aim of this volume is to select important and interesting material on the Hindu literature and languages which reveal the deeper impressions and speculative though on human problems, which is needed to day.
