Synopsis The book analyses the recent events that have once again dramatically demonstrated that international terror has created a continuing world crisis. The threat is inexorable, but there appears within the world community only the barest perception of any immediate concern to world public order. International terrorism is nothing more nor less than the wants and willful taking of human like, the purposeful commission of serious bodily harm, and the international infliction of severe mental distress by force or threat of force. These legal terms of art describe actions and activities designated as common crimes by every civilised society on his earth. The author argues: "No cause justifies the death of the innocent". And terror is the slaughter of the innocent. No matter how we want to look at it, terror is also a moral problem, in addition to being a criminal act.
