Synopsis The Annual Handbook of Human Resource Initiatives 2009, a special issue on T-Group, is the outcome of bringing perspective and experience of well known experts on T-Group, which is rarely available, at one place. This Annual Handbook will provide insight into T-Group technology, a unique tool for learning at individual, interpersonal and organizational levels. Editors have dug out rare pieces of articles of rare initiators in the field of Sensitivity training (T-Group) for the benefit of individuals and organizations at large for self and collective wisdom on T-Group technology. Articles of living legends, like Professor Udai Pareek who has conducted the first T-Group Laboratory in Indian in 1962, have been enshrined in this Annual Handbook. The Annual Handbook also contains glimpses of experience and insights arising out of latest Laboratories conducted by Professional Facilitators on T-Group in India. This is a unique feature of sharing live experiences of T-group professionals who have themselves undergone T-Group journey. This special issue is a step toward making movement of T-Group methodology to each and every person in India.
