The constitutional foundation of Indian political culture is clearly based on the principles of freedom, equality and fraternity, along with secularism, socialism national unity and dignity of the individual, that emphasize to develop a democratic social order as a way of life rather than a system of governance, still exists as a dream. Democracy is more than a set of institutions; and that should provide at least food, housing, and cloth to them. Instead, Indian politics is riddled with problems of its own creation.
