Before undertaking this book we asked ourselves “Does the students really need another book on financial management?” The answer, of course, depends on the type of book. Because many well-written financial management books already exits. This modest effort is another pearl in the sequence. This book has been designed in mind the mentality of the general reader’s language which is easy to understand.

This book is written primarily with the objective of addressing it to users of financial management. It is also targeted towards graduate students of management, in fact, anyone dealing with management and investments, who did not have the facility of prior formal training in financial management.
