The Ocean of Buddhist Wisdom, Vol. 5 is an anthology of the selected papers presented in English and Pali languages through Roman Script by the scholars in the 9 Annual Conference of the Indian Society for Buddhist Studies (ISBS) held at Srinagar (October, 2009). The ISBS provides a common academic platform to the researchers and teachers working on various aspects and branches of Buddhist studies and hence the varieties of essays in the present volume. Efforts have been made to measure literary (Pali, Sanskrit, Prakrit, Chinese, Tibetan, Apabhramsha etc.) Philosophical, cultural, social, managerial and such other perspective of multifaceted, multicoloured and multi-dimensional Buddhism in the present volume.
