The field of Indian Arts and Aesthetics is like a vast ocean of wonders. Within that, the platform of Dance is an equally intimidating field. There are several under currents within that never ending perennial flow, which interact and interconnect on many levels. A serious student of dance scholarship, however does not fail to understand that even though all these platforms may categorically differ from each other, essentially their foundational structure is the same since they have all originated from the same point i.e. the human body and all the moments that are possible to be brought out from it.
