This publication titled, "Foundations of educational technology evaluation and assessment", provides readers with an introductory overview of the technological foundations of education. Attempts have been made towards understanding the conceptual aspects of educational technology, particularly, the allied concepts of educational technology. An overview of the modern technologies and need for psychological application is given.
