The book discusses the issues in access to health care and role of intellectual property rights in access to drugs as well as scope for using traditional medicine for public health purposes. Experts from different countries including India, China, the UK and Germany here deal with the Health Impact Fund, a mechanism that is proposed to incentivise research and development and improve access to drugs across countries.
