With the aforesaid objectives this book entitled Indigenous Milk Products Volume-I Fat rich Products is written, which is based on the maiden works and findings of newly dairy fat- rich products with a view to familiarize these recent knowledge and technology development amongst the Scientist, teachers, students, farmers and finally the consumers not only in Indian society but in the global context also with the objectives to make use of these to enhance and optimize the productivity in dairy industry.
