The right to freedom of speech and expression is considered the most sacred fundamental right enshrined in our constitution. It is the most effective tool in the hands of common man with which he/she cannot only protect himself/herself but can pull the government in case of violation of the right. To elaborate this right further parliament has passed right to Information Act.
